TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via website, email or telephone at Dandelion by the Hills Resort. Please read these carefully as they contain important information about your stay with us. Please contact us if there are any clarifications or further information required and we will be happy to assist. 

Completion of Booking:

Your booking will only be considered complete once you receive a confirmation number from the Reservations Department, at which point a contract will be formed between you and  Dandelion by the Hills Resort (hereafter referred to in these terms as “we” “us” or “Dandelion by the Hills Resort”).

Guests under 18:

Please note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests who are under the age of 18. 

Payment:  

For all bookings to be confirmed, full pre-payment is required to be made via credit card or bank transfers at the time of making the booking. Refer to the "Cancellation Policy" page for more details related to cancellation of the bookings.
